About this item
Princess Fiona as an ogre
Fiona’s head and red hair are moulded as one piece (The Brick Fan). There is no human Fiona in the series, and both The Brick Fan and BrickBanter say they would have liked one — The Brick Fan even suggests the slot Donkey frees up could have gone to her.
Why Donkey shares a box
Donkey has no minifigure arms or legs: like LEGO’s Scooby-Doo, he is an animal figure made of two elements (BrickBanter). The Brick Fan reckons that is why he rides along with Fiona instead of getting his own slot.

FAQ
Can you get LEGO Donkey on his own?+
Not in this series — Donkey only comes in box 71053-6 with Fiona. A larger buildable Donkey came out in June 2026 in set 72423 Shrek, Donkey & Puss in Boots.
Where is Dragon, Donkey’s partner?+
In her own box: Dragon is 71053-5 and comes with no accessories. You need both boxes to stand the couple side by side.
