About this item

LEGO Shrek Dragon minifigure colours

LEGO went for a magenta-pink body rather than the film’s red, with darker red wings; The Brick Fan suspects it is meant to echo the shading on screen. According to BrickBanter, the wings and tail are recoloured gargoyle parts LEGO has used before.

Nothing else in the box

She is the only figure in the series with no accessory at all — just the dragon and her stand (BrickOwl, The Brothers Brick). Her film partner Donkey went into the Fiona and Donkey box instead, which BrickBanter found odd.

FAQ

Is the LEGO Shrek Dragon a big figure?+

No, she is minifigure-sized, built around a new dragon head with separate wings and a tail (BrickBanter, The Brick Fan). BrickBanter calls her the least expected character in the line-up.

Is the Dragon in Shrek a girl?+

Yes — in the films Dragon is female and ends up with Donkey, and BrickBanter refers to the figure as “she”. LEGO gives her no other name than Dragon.
