About the set LEGO Minifigures Series 8

LEGO Minifigures Series 8 (8833), September 2012: Santa, Fairy, Vampire Bat, Conquistador and 12 more, plus the figures a 60-bag box held only three of.

LEGO Minifigures Series 8 is set 8833, released in September 2012. The 16 figures: Evil Robot, Conquistador, Lederhosen Guy, Cowgirl, Football Player, Diver, Downhill Skier, Businessman, Fairy, Santa, Vampire Bat, DJ, Red Cheerleader, Thespian, Pirate Captain and Alien Villainess. What stood out to reviewers in 2012 were the new accessories (Eurobricks, BZPower). Santa got a sack moulded just for him, the Fairy clear blue wings, and the Vampire Bat wings fixed to his arms. The Football Player holds a gold trophy rather than a ball, the Diver’s helmet magnifies his face like a lens, the Conquistador wears pearl-gold armour and the Thespian comes with a skull and two expressions. The Lederhosen Guy, feather in his hat, carries a pretzel. In the 60-bag box Eurobricks sorted, the Evil Robot, DJ and Pirate Captain appeared five times each, while at least six figures – the Lederhosen Guy, Diver, Downhill Skier, Businessman, Fairy and Thespian – appeared only three times; BZPower’s numbers for those six are the same. The seventh, the Alien Villainess, was a three in Eurobricks’ count and a four in BZPower’s.
