Peacock Costume Fan
The Peacock Costume Fan (71051-1, Peacock Costume on the leaflet) opens LEGO Minifigures Series 28 and is one of its largest figures, thanks to a printed fan of tail feathers. The costume is blue and turquoise with a yellow beak, wing arms and a sunflower to hold.
In ColleX collections, 7 collectors have it and 1 is looking for it.

About this item
A tail borrowed from the turkey
The hard plastic fan slots in between torso and legs. New Elementary identifies it as the tail of the Series 23 Turkey Costume (2022), recoloured in dark turquoise; Jay’s Brick Blog warns it is heavy enough to tip the figure over unless it stands on a baseplate.
Peacock code
Scanned from the bottom of the box, the Peacock reads 6584394 or 6584381 — the pair BrickNav and Minifigure Scanner both list (checked 18 October 2026). On BrickLink it is col28-1 with stand and accessories.

FAQ
Is the peacock headpiece new?+
Yes. The new mould has a beak and a crest on top; New Elementary compares it with the Series 23 turkey hat, only with more plumage.
What does the LEGO Peacock come with?+
A sunflower, plus the lime 3×4 stand every Series 28 figure gets. Both faces on the head under the hood are smiling (The Brick Fan).
