Frog Costume Fan
The Frog Costume Fan (71051-5) blows bubbles: its second face puffs out its cheeks, and the bubble wand comes with an opalescent bubble on the end. Jay’s Brick Blog (5/5) and New Elementary both picked it as their favourite of the 12 in LEGO Minifigures Series 28.
In ColleX collections, 8 collectors have it and 1 is looking for it.

About this item
Frog code
The Series 28 frog code is 6584390 or 6584377 — the first seven digits of the Data Matrix square under the box, identical in BrickNav and Minifigure Scanner (18 October 2026). BrickLink lists the frog as col28-5.
Bubbles from existing parts
The wand is a 1×1 round plate with a bar, and the bubble a satin trans-clear 1×1 dome — New Elementary counts two of them in the box. A bubble pot is printed on a 1×1 round brick, and the lime headpiece with bright yellow eyes is a new mould.

FAQ
Has LEGO made a frog minifigure before?+
A frog character, yes: New Elementary points to Kermit the Frog. A fan in a frog costume is new, and Jay’s Brick Blog was surprised it took LEGO this long.
Why are the Frog’s legs two colours?+
They are dual-moulded in green and lime and printed with spots, like the arms and back (New Elementary, The Brick Fan). New Elementary singles the Frog out for its detailed printing.
