LEGO Minifigures Series 11 (2013)

LEGO Minifigures Series 11 (71002), September 2013: 16 figures with Gingerbread Man, Holiday Elf and Yeti – and six that came only two per box.

LEGO Minifigures Series 11 is set 71002, on sale from September 2013 – The Brick Fan reported it out on 2 September. The 16 figures: Barbarian, Scarecrow, Pretzel Girl, Evil Mech, Island Warrior, Gingerbread Man, Holiday Elf, Yeti, Mountain Climber, Welder, Scientist, Saxophone Player, Diner Waitress, Grandma, Constable and Lady Robot. Unlike Series 7 to 10, it still has a product page on LEGO.com, where the US store lists 71002 as Retired (3 November 2026). Released in autumn, it has a winter corner: the Holiday Elf carries a wrapped gift and a teddy bear, the Gingerbread Man has a flat round head and a red “Dunk Me” mug, and the Yeti holds a blue ice lolly (Eurobricks, The Brick Fan). Elsewhere the Scarecrow has a crow on his hat and a pitchfork, the Pretzel Girl a pretzel, the Saxophone Player a gold sax and the Constable a baton, while the Evil Mech’s blaster is built from a loudhailer and a green cone. The box was lopsided. Scarecrow, Pretzel Girl, Island Warrior, Saxophone Player, Diner Waitress and Grandma came only twice each, while the Mountain Climber was the most plentiful (six in Eurobricks’ box; “very abundant” for The Brick Fan). Eurobricks called the Pretzel Girl a “Bavarian Lady”; a pretzel had already come with the Lederhosen Guy of Series 8.
