Kinder Joy One Piece: all 23 figures, capsule codes and the full checklist

The set is closed: 23 pieces to 100%, plus a chrome bonus. The line-up took a month and a half to pin down — from insider lists, official Kinder frames and collector catalogues. The last piece of clarity came from a photo of a shop display stand in Poland, where every slot is labelled, and from checking the codes on actual capsules.

The full line-up — 23 pieces

The Straw Hat crew — 12 pieces. Luffy (VS331), Luffy “Wanted” (VS329) on his bounty poster, Luffy as a pencil topper (VS379), Gold Luffy (VS504 / VS513), Zoro (VS335), Nami (VS332), Sanji (VS333), Usopp (VS344) and a second Usopp (VS376), Chopper (VS334) plus two more versions of him (VS341, VS342).

The Alabasta arc — 4 pieces. Vivi (VS369), Nico Robin (VS336) as Miss All Sunday, Crocodile (VS378) and Mr. 5 (VS368) from Baroque Works.

The rest of the world — 5 pieces. Smoker (VS340) of the Marines, Wapol (VS367), Buggy (VS326), the whale Laboon (VS363) and the ship Going Merry (VS343).

Not characters — 2 pieces. Two Devil Fruits: Gomu Gomu no Mi (VS364), the one that made Luffy rubber, and Hito Hito no Mi (VS377), the one that turned a reindeer into a doctor.

Plus a bonus outside the count. Chrome Gold Luffy (VS513A) — a mirror finish instead of matte gold. It stays in the catalogue as its own entry but does not count towards 100%.

Capsule codes run from VS326 to VS513A. One detail worth knowing: the rest of the Kinder line uses codes starting with VC, this one uses VS — so VC344 from Spider-Man and VS344 from here have nothing to do with each other.

Gold Luffy: one figure, two codes

For a long time it looked like there were several gold Luffys: lots carried both VS504 and VS513, and checklists wrote them down as different figures. They are the same figure from different production runs — the only difference is the shade of gold on the capsule. So the checklist counts it once, and either code completes the set.

There is also a separate chrome version (VS513A) with a mirrored metallic finish rather than matte gold. It is rare and tracked as its own entry, but it does not count towards 100% — otherwise nobody who never pulled the chrome could ever close the set.

Variants work the same way in Pokémon: something that is a version of one card rather than a separate slot should not break your completion percentage.

What takes longest to find

Gold Luffy is the chase of the set. Kinder puts versions like this into a tiny share of the print run, and the prices show it.

Going Merry, the crew’s first ship. Neither the collector catalogues nor the press knew about this one: it turned up on that shelf photo. It is the only piece in the set that is not a living thing.

What it costs

The prices we track are from the Ukrainian secondary market (OLX), because that is the market ColleX measures today. As of August 2026 an ordinary figure from the set goes for 80–129 ₴, median 90 ₴, across a sample of ten listings. The character barely moves the price: sellers ask the same range for Luffy and for Wapol.

Gold Luffy is the exception: asking prices run from 500 to 1,550 ₴. The spread is the chrome — matte gold and mirrored chrome often go unseparated in lots, and they are not worth the same.

What this is — and what it is not

These are capsule minifigures in Funko POP! style inside Kinder Joy eggs — the same line that already ran Minecraft, Harry Potter, Stranger Things and Star Wars: a figure or keychain in a capsule, a code on the capsule, a full checklist and a hunt for the rare ones.

Do not confuse it with three other products:

• One Piece “big Kinder” eggs — Kinder GranSorpresa Maxi Easter eggs (220 g) that came out in spring 2026 and left the shelves quickly. Their packaging also says “con sorprese Funko POP!”, which is where most of the confusion comes from. The photos of a Funko POP Zoro with a Going Merry base that circulated from February (“1 of 3 figures”) are surprises from those big eggs, not a new collection. Kinder Joy is a separate product with minifigures in capsules.
• Regular vinyl Funko POP! One Piece — full-size figures from shops (Luffy, Zoro, Yamato and so on). Nothing to do with Kinder.
• Funko Bitty Pop One Piece — miniature blind boxes from Funko itself, again without Kinder.

How to actually finish it

A set of this size is rarely completed by buying. Duplicates pile up fast — the same Chopper three times, no Going Merry — and swapping is almost always cheaper than buying the two or three you are missing out of twenty-three.

How is this different from the “big Kinder” One Piece eggs?
The big ones are Kinder GranSorpresa Maxi Easter eggs, 220 g with a single large figure, released in spring 2026. This set is ordinary Kinder Joy with capsule minifigures in Funko POP! style that build into a full 23-piece collection.

Are these figures from the anime?
No. The collection is based on the Netflix live-action series: alongside the Kinder logo the packaging carries Netflix, Eiichiro Oda and Shueisha.

How do I swap duplicates?
