What's on the poster
WANTED runs across the top of the plaque; under the window come DEAD OR ALIVE, MONKEY·D·LUFFY and the sum 30,000,000 with MARINE beside it. Thirty million berries is the first price the Marines put on Luffy's head, after he defeated Arlong. There is no portrait on the poster: a window is cut where it would be, and the figure itself stands in it.
What the figure looks like
Everything is one sandy brown, like old paper: the hat, the face with the scar under the eye, the plaque. Only the eyes and the lettering are dark.
