Robot T. rex
The Robot T. rex is figure 71052-1 in LEGO Minifigures Series 29 (CMF 29): a white mechanical dinosaur with pink eyes and silver teeth. Look inside the open jaws and there is no smiling yellow face — just a silver head printed with a camera-style iris — and it grips an orange round battery marked plus and minus.
In ColleX collections, 9 collectors have it and 5 are looking for it.

About this item
Robot T. rex code
The Data Matrix square on the bottom of every Series 29 box hides the figure number; nothing is printed in plain digits, so you need a scanner app. This one reads 6603331 or 6605257 — both listed by BrickNav and Minifigure Scanner when we checked on 17 October 2026. LEGO has changed codes between production runs before, so a fresh batch may scan differently.
A Series 24 mould, rebuilt
The dinosaur head is the mould first used for the T. rex costume fan in Series 24 (2023), back then dark tan with a person's face inside. Here it is white, and the printing spreads onto both arms, the sides of the legs and even the rubber tail, which carries on the spine pattern from the back (Jay's Brick Blog, 21 April 2026; The Rambling Brick, 4 April 2026).

FAQ
What is the Robot T. rex BrickLink number?+
BrickLink files the robot with its battery and stand as col29-1 and the bare minifigure as col473. BrickOwl uses LEGO's own numbering, 71052-1.
Does the Robot T. rex come with an accessory?+
One: a 1×1 round brick printed as a battery. The silver head with the iris is the minifigure's own head, double-sided with the iris open on one side and closed on the other.
