About this item
Scratched, but smiling
One face wears glasses and a wide smile; the other shows claw marks (Jay's Brick Blog, The Brothers Brick). Jay's Brick Blog lines him up with the Grandma from Series 11 and Mrs. Scratchen-Post from The LEGO Movie.
The cat and the yarn
The cat is a new mould that Jay's Brick Blog and Merlin's Bricks both identify as a Turkish Angora, and the yarn ball also turns up in a Friends set, says Jay's Brick Blog. The Brothers Brick notes that dogs had always got more attention than cats in the collectible series.
