LEGO Minifigures Disney 100 (2023)

LEGO Minifigures Disney 100 (71038): all 18 figures made for Disney’s centenary, from Oswald the Lucky Rabbit to Baymax, with each character’s film and a feel guide for the blind bags.

LEGO Minifigures Disney 100 is set 71038, an 18-figure collectible series released on 1 May 2023 to mark 100 years of Disney, founded on 16 October 1923 (Jay’s Brick Blog, DuckTalks, Wikipedia). It is LEGO’s third Disney CMF after Disney Series 1 (71012, 2016) and Disney Series 2 (71024, 2019), each also 18 figures, so the three come to 54. LEGO.com listed 71038 as retired on 20 October 2026. The ColleX catalogue has all 18. The characters span almost a century of Disney film. By first appearance: Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (1927); The Queen, Snow White’s Evil Queen (Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, 1937); Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket (Pinocchio, 1940); Sorcerer’s Apprentice Mickey (Fantasia, 1940); the Queen of Hearts (Alice in Wonderland, 1951); Aurora (Sleeping Beauty, 1959); Cruella de Vil with a Dalmatian puppy (One Hundred and One Dalmatians, 1961); Robin Hood and Prince John (Robin Hood, 1973); Pocahontas (1995); Mulan (1998); Stitch 626 (Lilo & Stitch, 2002); Tiana and Dr Facilier (The Princess and the Frog, 2009); Baymax (Big Hero 6, 2014); and Ernesto de la Cruz with Miguel & Dante from Pixar’s Coco (2017). Each figure stands on its own special Disney 100 base (Jay’s Brick Blog, DuckTalks). Disney 100 was the last LEGO minifigure series sold in soft blind bags — Marvel Studios Series 2 (71039) switched to cardboard boxes — so there is no codes list: no code is printed on the bag, and the BrickNav and Minifigure Scanner databases have none for this set. Collectors identify the bags by feel instead: Stitch’s four-armed torso, the Queen of Hearts’ wide skirt, Ernesto’s broad sombrero brim, Mickey’s big head under a pointed hat (Jay’s Brick Blog, DuckTalks). A 36-bag box holds exactly two complete sets of 18 (Jay’s Brick Blog, Brickshow). BrickLink catalogues the figures as coldis100-1 to coldis100-18.
