About this item
Diplodocus, by three sources
The surprix database, the German shop eierlei-shop.de and the collector catalogue Ü-Ei-Portal all call VC108 a Diplodocus. Coleka writes just “Dinosaurus”, and Bibelotmania puts a question mark. Kinder publishes no names and Ferrero’s leaflet carries only the code, so the code is the reliable reference.
What Diplodocus was
Diplodocus was a sauropod — a long-necked plant-eater — that lived at the end of the Jurassic in North America. According to the leaflet, the figure is put together from two halves. On 5 October 2026, with leaflet, it cost €1.29 at ue-ei-punkt.de, €1.99 at eierlei-shop.de and €3.20 at astrocollection.it.
