About this item
A marine reptile, not a dinosaur
Plesiosaurus is a marine reptile, not a dinosaur. According to Wikipedia it lived in the Early Jurassic and is known from nearly complete skeletons found in England; it was about 3.5 metres long, with a small head, a long neck and two pairs of paddles.
“Dino 16” at the shop
The shop ue-ei-punkt.de lists Plesiosaurus as “Dino 16”, the last number of the series; on 5 October 2026 it cost €1.29 there with leaflet, €1.99 at eierlei-shop.de and €3.50 at astrocollection.it. The name Plesiosaurus is the same in the collector databases, at the shops and in the Ü-Ei-Portal catalogue. Ferrero’s leaflet shows two parts: the upper one is pushed onto the lower one.
