Naruto Shippuden Collectible Mini Figures Vol. 1 is a blind-pack series from P.M.I. Kids World (PMI): each pack hides one of 18 shinobi, 14 regular figures and 4 rares. In the UK and Ireland they come in a small box marked “1 mystery figure”; in Ukraine the same figures are sold in opaque bags under the item code NSH2005. Amazon.ca lists 5 September 2025 as the release date of PMI’s 5-figure pack. The ColleX checklist has all 18. PMI’s own list splits the 18 into four groups. Team 7 and other shinobi: Naruto in the Shadow Clone Jutsu pose, Naruto in Sage Mode, Sasuke in his Hebi uniform, Sasuke with the Mangekyou Sharingan, Sakura Haruno, Kakashi Hatake, Gaara and Hinata Hyuga. Akatsuki: Itachi Uchiha, Tobi (Obito Uchiha) and Pain. The Legendary Sannin: Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade. Rare: Minato in the Third Ninja War, Kakashi in ANBU uniform, Obito in the Fourth Ninja War and Naruto in Bijuu Mode — the four faces marked “RARE” on the display box. Naruto appears three times, Sasuke, Kakashi and Obito twice each (Obito once behind Tobi’s mask), and three of the four rares are one team: Minato taught the young Kakashi and Obito. The figures carry no numbers, and we have found no code that tells you which figure is inside a sealed pack — NSH2005 is the same for all 18. The order here follows PMI’s list. On 18 October 2026 toys4you.co.uk sold the box at £3.90 and Kellihers in Ireland at €4.99. PMI also sells 5-, 6-, 8- and 12-figure packs with hidden rares.
