About this item
The blood under the eye
That detail is what sets him apart from Sasuke in his Hebi uniform. Narutopedia describes the Mangekyō Sharingan as an advanced Sharingan awakened by only a handful of Uchiha after severe trauma.
The Uchiha in the series
The clan is also represented by Itachi and by Obito, both masked as Tobi and unmasked. With the two Sasukes that makes five Uchiha figures out of 18.

FAQ
Is Mangekyou Sharingan Sasuke rare?+
No, he is a regular figure. Sasuke has no rare version here; the rares are Minato, ANBU Kakashi, Obito and Bijuu Mode Naruto.
How is the eye’s name spelled?+
PMI’s list writes “Mangekyou Sharingan”, Narutopedia uses “Mangekyō Sharingan” — the same eye, two romanisations.
