Football Referee
The Football Referee (71037-1) opens LEGO Minifigures Series 24: a female match official in a bright yellow kit, with a classic black-and-white ball, a headset and her hair tied up in a knot. LEGO’s German and Spanish stores make the point in her name — Fußballschiedsrichterin and Árbitra de Fútbol.

About this item
Vibrant Yellow kit
Her torso is moulded in Vibrant Yellow, a new colour that stands apart from the yellow of her skin, and is printed with a whistle and a pen for booking players (The Brothers Brick, Jay’s Brick Blog, Merlin’s Bricks). The ball has the classic black pentagons (The Brothers Brick, Jay’s Brick Blog).
Headset and hair
A headset microphone is printed beside her mouth (The Brothers Brick, Merlin’s Bricks), and the hairpiece is new: a knot at the back with finely textured hair (Jay’s Brick Blog, Merlin’s Bricks).

The Potter at her wheel, the koala-carrying Conservationist and the Newspaper Kid selling the day’s paper; the rest of the series is costumes, fantasy and space.
