About this item
A flask of pink liquid
His one accessory is a clear Erlenmeyer flask holding pink liquid, which New Elementary says appeared in that colour for the first time. The nose, ears and chin are moulded into the head, and black shoes are printed on the white legs (The Brothers Brick, New Elementary).
Scientist and test subject
On the show Bunsen hosts the Muppet Labs sketches, and his experiments usually go wrong for his assistant — Beaker, also in the series (Jay’s Brick Blog, Wikipedia). In a bag, feel for the flask’s flared bottom and narrow neck; Jay’s Brick Blog warns that his round head is easy to mistake for Waldorf’s.

FAQ
How do you tell Bunsen Honeydew from Waldorf in the bag?+
Both have round heads, so go by the accessory: Bunsen has a flask with a flared bottom, Waldorf a 2×2 tile plus cups and saucers (Jay’s Brick Blog).
Why does the LEGO Bunsen Honeydew have no eyes?+
Because the puppet has none either — according to Wikipedia, the character has no visible eyes, only his glasses. LEGO prints just the glasses and a thin smile on the head (The Brothers Brick).
