According to Ferrero’s leaflet the rabbit comes in two halves: they are joined, the finished rabbit is pushed onto the band, and the band is closed round the wrist — the thin end goes into the flared, funnel-like end. The leaflet’s last drawing shows the bracelet on a hand with the rabbit on top.
The green rabbit and its pair
The series has two rabbit bracelets: this one and a red rabbit on a light blue band. The surprix database tags this one “green”, the German collector catalogue Ü-Ei-Portal calls it “Hase grün”; the catalogue’s photo shows see-through faceted wings behind the rabbit’s back. The words in surprix’s name are misspelt, so searching by the code VT035A is more reliable.
