About this item
Allosaurus or “Gigonerosaurus”
The collector databases Coleka and Bibelotmania list VC112 as “Gigonerosaurus” — no such genus exists. The German shop eierlei-shop.de and the collector catalogue Ü-Ei-Portal call the figure Allosaurus. Kinder publishes no names for the series and Ferrero’s leaflet carries only the code, so the ColleX catalogue lists it by code.
Three shops, three names
On 5 October 2026 ue-ei-punkt.de sold this figure with leaflet for €1.29 under the name “Dino 12”, eierlei-shop.de for €2.49 as Allosaurus, and the Italian astrocollection.it for €3.00 as “Gigonerosaurus”. Ferrero’s leaflet shows the two halves it is put together from.

FAQ
What is the blue Kinder dinosaur VC112 called?+
It has no official name. Two German sources — the shop eierlei-shop.de and the Ü-Ei-Portal catalogue — call it Allosaurus; the databases Coleka and Bibelotmania say “Gigonerosaurus”. Only the code VC112 identifies it reliably.
How do you tell VC112 from Plesiosaurus VC123?+
Both are blue, but VC112 stands on two legs and has little horns above its eyes, while Plesiosaurus (VC123) lies on its flippers and has a yellowish belly.
