Hirono × Harry Potter: all 14 figures, Mandrake and the super secret
As of 1 November 2026. POP MART put Hirono × Harry Potter Series Figures on sale on 8 October 2026 at 5 pm Pacific time, on its US and Canadian websites. The series has 14 figures: 12 regular characters, the secret Mandrake and the super secret Harry Potter - Special Edition. All 14, with Have and Want marks, are in the set Hirono × Harry Potter.
The Wizarding World through Hirono’s eyes
Hirono, the character created by the artist Lang, usually wears a thoughtful, slightly sad expression, and he keeps it in every role here. Instead of miniature copies of the heroes, each figure is Hirono himself dressed as a character from the Harry Potter story.

12 regular figures, each a familiar scene
The regular lineup is Albus Dumbledore, Rubeus Hagrid, Severus Snape, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Luna Lovegood, Dobby, Sirius Black, Lord Voldemort and three versions of Harry. Hermione is not in the series.
The figures recreate moments rather than just costumes. Ron rides a chess knight, as in the wizard’s chess game; Luna wears her lion-head hat and reads a newspaper headed HIRONO; Sirius peers out of a wanted poster, which, according to POP MART, comes off. Harry gets three regular figures — with Hedwig, under the Sorting Hat and playing Quidditch. The Sorting Hat Harry can sit on his stool or stand alone, and the Quidditch Harry’s broom sits on a metal spring, so the figure rocks.

The two secrets: Mandrake and Harry Potter - Special Edition
Mandrake (Secret Edition) is Hirono planted in a terracotta pot labelled MANDRAKE, with twigs and green leaves where his hair would be. POP MART’s caption describes the trick: press the button on the front of the pot and the figure pops up slightly; press his head to reset it. Sellers (toysez, Amazon) put it at 1 in 72 boxes.

Harry Potter - Special Edition (Super Secret Edition) is the fourth Harry: blue checked shirt, Hogwarts letter in hand, more envelopes swirling at his feet, a nod to the flood of letters in the first book. Sellers put it at 1 in 144, which makes it the rarer secret. POP MART does not give odds on its product page.

Price and size
On POP MART’s US site a blind box cost $19.99 and a set of 12 boxes $239.88; in Canada a box was C$26.99 (aguamenti.news, 3 October 2026). The figures are about 7.8–10.6 cm (3.07–4.17 in) tall, made of PVC, ABS and metal, and marked not suitable for under-15s.
