About this item
Three horns from the end of the Cretaceous
Triceratops lived 69–66 million years ago in western North America and was one of the last dinosaurs. According to Wikipedia it reached 8–9 metres in length and weighed 6–10 tonnes; its name means “three-horned face”.
The head goes on separately
According to Ferrero’s leaflet, the two halves of the body are joined first, then the head with frill and horns is added. The name Triceratops is used by the collector databases, the shops and the German catalogue Ü-Ei-Portal. On 5 October 2026 the figure with leaflet was in stock at astrocollection.it for €3.20 and at ue-ei-punkt.de for €3.95; eierlei-shop.de had sold out — its listing remained at €2.99.
