Tortoise
The VQB04 Tortoise from the Kinder Maxi Natoons egg is a land animal, not a turtle with flippers: olive green, with a high domed shell divided into plates, a yellowish rim underneath and thick clawed legs. Its head stretches forward, with a dark, glinting eye.

About this item
Not the VQ124 sea turtle
The small Natoons baby animals series has a sea turtle VQ124 — flat and flippered. The Maxi tortoise is a different animal: taller, dome-shelled, on four legs. Kinder’s other land tortoise is VC151 from the Vet Clinic series.
A shell on top
The leaflet shows three parts — a base with legs, a ring with the head and the shell on top — and then a finger pushing the tortoise forward. Fact card: 15–20 cm, 50–160 g, eats fruit and leaves, moves at 100 m/h.
