About this item
The star of invincibility
In the games the Super Star makes the hero invincible for a short time. According to Wikipedia it appeared in Super Mario Bros. in 1985 and was originally called the “Starman”; the Super Mario Wiki gives the same year.
Lumalee, Superstar, Stella
Kinder’s Spanish page for the series captions this figure “Lumalee” — which, according to the Super Mario Wiki, is the name of a character from the 2007 game Super Mario Galaxy. Shops write otherwise: “Gelber Stern Superstar”, “Stella”, “Super stella”. On 5 October 2026 it was in stock only at eierlei-shop.de, for €7.99 — the highest price of the series at that shop; ue-ei-punkt.de (€7.95) and astrocollection.it (€6.70) had sold out.
