Kinder Natoons Savannah 2026: all 16 families and codes VS228–VS243
Kinder Surprise has a new Natoons series: Savannah Families. It has been in Italian shops since September 2026 as «famiglie della Savana», and the difference from the usual series is clear: every egg holds two figures — an adult animal and its baby.
So one checklist entry is a pair. There are sixteen families and thirty-two figures.
The 16 families and their codes
The codes run in order, with no gaps: VS228 to VS243.

The code is printed on the paper insert inside the egg, and it is the easiest way to check the Savannah checklist: every pair has a photo, a code and “Have” / “Want” buttons.
Adult and baby
Kinder's catalogue sums the series up in two words — “parent and child” — and picked the gazelles for its close-up: the adult touches the baby with its muzzle.

The pairs are made in different ways. The anteater (VS235) carries its baby on its back, just as the giant anteater does in the wild. The flamingos (VS229) are a pink adult and a grey chick: chicks really do hatch grey and turn pink from their food. And four pairs stand on a jigsaw-style water base: flamingos, hippos, rhinos and warthogs.
Not all of them are from the African savannah
The series is called “Savannah”, but two of its residents live on another continent. The jaguar (VS228) and the giant anteater (VS235) are animals of Central and South America — you won't meet them in Africa. For a collection that is not a flaw; it's a nice talking point with kids.
The second Natoons series in the catalogue
ColleX already has Natoons Dinosaurs. The difference is obvious straight away: the dinosaurs are single figures with VC codes, while in Savannah each egg holds a family of two, with VS codes.
How much it costs
There is no market price yet: the series has only just come out. The ColleX catalogue never shows made-up prices — we will add one once there are enough real sales.
