How POP MART series work: regulars, secret and super secret

POP MART is a Chinese company that turns characters by independent artists into collectible figures: Labubu from The Monsters by Kasing Lung, Hirono by the artist Lang, Skullpanda by Xiong Miao and Molly by Kenny Wong. Most of them are sold blind — one figure from the series in a sealed box, and you only find out which when you open it. Besides figures, POP MART makes vinyl-face plush pendants (Labubu plush series usually have six regulars and one secret) and large MEGA figures sold individually.

A POP MART figure series usually has 12 regular characters plus one or two secret ones: a secret and, less often, a super secret one tier above it. The odds are often missing from the product page on popmart.com, so ColleX only gives odds together with their source. In the checklist the secret figures sit apart and do not count towards the full series — the way collectors count it, where a full set means the 12 regulars. The order follows POP MART’s official lineup; the figures themselves carry no numbers.

Collectors search for POP MART series by their English names in every country — “hirono harry potter”, “labubu big into energy”, “skullpanda you found me” — so the sets here keep the official English titles, and the characters the official names from the POP MART website. In 2026 the company set up a European hub in London, and its own stores include Berlin, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Paris, Milan and Amsterdam. Blind box figures from other Chinese brands such as POP TOP, Yumo and Cat Cat PAI are in the Figures section: POP TOP and POP MART are different companies.
