About the set Kinder Surprise Barbie
Kinder Surprise Barbie: all 8 career figures with codes — Veterinarian, Dancer, Scientist, Pilot, Builder, Firefighter, Astronaut and Film Director.
Kinder Surprise Barbie is a set of eight Barbie figures, each in a different career and each on its own base with a prop of the job — a kitten, a suitcase, a fire hydrant, a clapperboard. The ColleX checklist has all eight with the codes from their leaflets. The codes: VD401 Veterinarian, VD402 Dancer, VD403 Scientist, VD404 Pilot, VD405 Builder, VD406 Firefighter, VD415 Astronaut and EN399B Film Director. Collector sources agree on the list: the surprix database, the French catalogues bibelotmania and Kindermania, and two German collector shops. The code EN399 had been used before — for the Film Director in the 2018 “Barbie Traumberufe” series, as the shops ue-ei-punkt and eierlei-shop list it; here she carries it with a B. In France the set dates from August 2023 (bibelotmania); Kindermania gives 2023–2024, and the leaflet is marked “© 2023 Mattel”. In Germany it arrived in December 2024 — the shop eierlei added “Barbie Traumberufe 2” to its catalogue on 16 December — and surprix files it under the 2024/2025 season. The figures work with the Applaydu app; the leaflet carries a “Scan” mark. Kinder’s digital catalogue shows the same eight careers in other colours under codes with a different letter — VD401A–VD406A, VD415B and EN399C. Those are not in this set. Barbie figures from the bigger eggs, such as Kinder Maxi at Easter 2025, are separate too.
