Funko Bitty Pop! One Piece 4-Pack Series 1–4 (items 86892–86895) shrinks the Straw Hats and their first East Blue enemies into mini Funko Pop! figures: four packs, 12 named figures and 4 chase figures, 16 in total. Each figure is about 0.9 in (2.3 cm) tall and sits in a hard acrylic case whose detachable lid doubles as a base; every pack holds three named figures, one chase and a stackable shelf for four. Funko files the wave under "Bitty POP – Q3 2025". The ColleX catalogue tracks all 16. The Bitty Pop One Piece list by series, numbered as on funko.com: Series 1 (86892) — Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro and Marine captain Axe-Hand Morgan; Series 2 (86893) — Nami, the fish-man Arlong and Nojiko; Series 3 (86894) — Sanji, head chef Zeff and Krieg; Series 4 (86895) — Usopp, Kaya and Kuro. Each pack pairs one Straw Hat with characters from that crew member's arc: Shells Town, Arlong Park, the Baratie and Syrup Village. Funko's box renders show one chase in the fourth window of each box — Shanks on Series 1, Buggy on 2, Smoker on 3, Mihawk on 4 — but Funko states chase figures ship at random and duplicates happen.
