About this item
A memory of Shanks
In episode 2 grown-up Luffy remembers how Shanks saved him as a child (Wikipedia) — which is why the series has both the boy and the red-haired pirate in the straw hat.
Two Luffys in one series
Adult Luffy is no. 1 and the young one no. 11; both are regular figures. They are easy to tell apart: the child has no hat and no vest, just the anchor T-shirt.
