About this item
Bees in the game
Bees arrived in Minecraft in 2019 with the Buzzy Bees update. They fly between flowers and carry pollen back to a hive or nest, which fills with honey for the player to bottle.
One sting only
An angry bee stings once and then dies, so it pays not to upset a swarm. The figure is friendlier: big eye, bold stripes and wings that make it easy to pick up.

FAQ
Do bees attack in Minecraft?+
Only when provoked — hit a bee or disturb its hive. After stinging, a bee loses its stinger and soon dies.
Does the Bee stand on a base?+
No. Like the other animal figures, it stands on its own and has the topper hole underneath.
