About this item
The deaf minion
In the film Ed is deaf, and his friends invent a minion sign language so he can talk with them — Wikipedia and reviews both point it out. Together with James and Henry he makes up the film's central trio.
Keeper of the spell book
Ed is the one who kept the spell book from an earlier villain boss, and the minions use it to summon the monster Goomi. In the KFC line-up the two sit side by side: Ed third, Goomi fourth.

FAQ
Which KFC minion is dressed as an octopus?+
Ed. Only he wears the pinkish-red tentacled costume; Henry, the other two-eyed minion in the set, has an orange spotted cap instead.
Is Ed from Minions & Monsters really deaf?+
Yes. Ed is deaf and talks in a sign language the minions made up for him; among the four named KFC figures he is the only one in an animal costume.
