About this item
How to spot him
He is the only toy on a tall pedestal: a square column with panelled sides topped by a heavy wooden wheel with handles around the rim. SpongeBob grips it with both hands, his legs in blue trousers dangling beside the column, and his black hat carries a pale emblem.
The film’s hero
The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants follows SpongeBob trying to prove he is brave by sailing off with the Flying Dutchman. McDonald’s pirate SpongeBob is a different toy entirely: SpongeBob x Luffy from the 2026 Happy Meal wears Luffy’s straw hat from One Piece.
