About this item
How to spot him
He is the only toy in the set with a treasure chest: a small gold-coloured chest with banded corners, held in his lower claw against his belly. The tricorn hat is bright blue with green eye-stalks poking out underneath, and the purple coat has wide turned-back cuffs.
Why a pirate
In The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob he was a swashbuckler in his youth — hence the costume. McDonald’s has a different pirate Krabs: Mr. Krabs x Jinbe from the 2026 SpongeBob x One Piece Happy Meal is dressed as Jinbe from One Piece.

A gold treasure chest, pressed to his belly with one claw, while the other claw is raised. He wears a blue pirate hat with an anchor badge and a purple coat.
Is the Burger King Mr. Krabs the same as the McDonald’s one?+
